Information we collect

When you subscribe to Veloce Labs Insights, we collect your email address, the page or form where you subscribed, your consent status, and the dates associated with confirmation or unsubscribe actions. We may receive delivery, click, bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe events from our email provider.

How we use it

We use this information to send the newsletter you requested, maintain subscription preferences, understand which publication links are useful, protect the signup process, and improve Veloce Labs Insights. We do not sell subscriber information or use it to train general-purpose AI models.

Service providers

Veloce Labs uses Google Cloud and Firebase for application infrastructure and Resend for email delivery. These providers process information only as required to provide those services.

Your choices

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@velocelabs.ai.

Retention

Active subscription records are retained while you remain subscribed. Unsubscribe, bounce, and complaint records may be retained in a minimal suppression record so we do not send unwanted email again.
